Booking or payment issue

If payment was interrupted, your card is not charged unless the booking completes successfully. You can safely retry checkout. If your booking is missing, check My bookings and your email confirmation.

Can't check in?

If you arrived at the parking spot but cannot check in, make sure your booking time has started and that you are using the correct booking or sign code.

Sign code not working?

Enter the full 6-character code. Make sure you are at the correct parking location. You can paste the full sign URL and SpotScout will extract the code.

Email support@spotscoutapp.com and include your booking ID, sign code, listing name, or payment issue details so we can help faster.

Payment trust note

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You are only charged when a booking is successfully completed.
